London-based Voxalis Ltd was formed to deliver next-generation hosted IP telephony services to the UK business marketplace through its Voxalis brand. The founders bring together a wealth of experience in delivering traditional business telephony solutions, IP carrier services and technology finance solutions and this new enterprise is backed by the founders’ own established businesses. Having spent the last two years researching the marketplace and the solutions on offer the decision was taken to invest in Mitel's 3600 telephony platform, now located in our secure data centre at Telecity in London's Docklands.

Unlike most existing hosted telephony companies Voxalis Ltd has implemented a complete end-to-end service, encompassing hosted voice applications, private access network and softswitch termination to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The result is the Voxalis Hosted IP Telephony Service which enables small businesses to take advantage of the latest developments in IP telephony without having to invest in expensive equipment.
