support to engineer on-site (same day if required). VCOMM cover all pre-sales and deployment services in-house and partner with
fully accredited third party maintenance partners to provide post sales, engineer on-site and break-fix capabilities.
More often than not, if a partner engages with VCOMM in the early stages of a project, pre-sales consultancy services
are offered free of charge on the basis that they will be included in the proposal produced after a successful POC (Proof Of Concept)

|| Pre-Configuration and Provisioning Services

VCOMM have developed their own fully partitionable provisioning platform which allows Service Providers
and Resellers to order handsets for IP Centrex deployments which will be fully configured prior to delivery to customer site. This application
is highly scalable and secure and allows for potential ZERO touch delivery of end points with a number of addtional value added features to further
assist in the ongoing management and monitoring of phones once in the field.
VCOMM provide on site engineering resources for all franchises sold on a per engineer, per day rate excluding travelling
