VCOMM have been working closely with Shoretel over the last 6 months to ensure 100% interoperability for Shoretel IP-PBX's and Ingate's SIParator and Firewall platforms. Ingate enables Shoretel platforms to seamlessly integrate with ANY SIP trunking service. This gives Shoretel channels the ability to offer extensive SIP support without costly and time consuming development. Additionally, the Ingate Start-up Tool automatically creates the correct configuration for SIP trunking between known SIP trunking providers and IP-PBX's.

The Ingate SIParator offers enterprises of all sizes a secure and controlled migration to VoIP. It handles the Network Address Translation (NAT) traversal issues with SIP while maintaining the security of the enterprise network.

The SIP Trunking software module includes advanced routing features and is especially designed to enable an enterprise using an IP-PBX like the ShoreTel to connect to service providers' SIP Trunks, enjoying all of the benefits and cost savings that brings. The module handles service provider authentication of the enterprise and can also handle least-cost routing to enable routing to several service providers.
