|| How to return faulty product to VCOMM
|
Please complete the form on the right and submit it. A VCOMM Technical staff member will review the information and will contact you. Based on the informatin provided on this RMA as well as the approval of the VCOMM Technical support member you will be provided with an official VCOMM RMA number. Once an official VCOMM RMA Number has been provided, please ship all goods back to VCOMM with 5 working days clearly stating the RMA Number on all external packaging. Goods returned to VCOMM without a valid, approved RMA Number will be REFUSED.

Please ensure that all products are returned as new, in the original packaging with all necessary documentation, cables and manuals etc.
If goods are returned for refund or replacement and are found to be damaged in any way, VCOMM reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee as per our
standard Terms and Conditions.
If your RMA application is successful, the RMA Number provided gives authorisation ONLY for the products stated. Any additions or
variations will be returned..
