VCOMM have partnered with Red Box to take their RBR2600CD software VoIP call recording and monitoring solution to market. The application sits on a moderately specified server (specification is dependant on concurrency of calls) and records all IP based conversations on demand, randomly or consistently in the background.

NOTE: To provide the call recording and monitoring capability, the solution requires a managed switch capable of mirroring/spanning ports for redirection of voice packets to the server. Please discuss your requirement with your VCOMM account manager.
