If securing the firewall and NAT traversal are of paramount importance to the customer, VCOMM promote the
Ingate, Billion, Edgewater and funkwerk
SIP aware routers, VPN, firewalls and SIParators. These devices can manage IP calls from outside the enterprise ensuring that no unauthorised
access to the secure LAN is made.
Lastly, VCOMM carry Red Box Recorders and OrecX. Both vendors are software
based IP call recording and monitoring platforms. They are able to provide cost effective IP based call recording for all of the leading
IP PBX vendors including 3com, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Nortel, Siemens and ShoreTel as well as IP Centrex platforms such as Broadsoft, Sylantro and Asterisk.
