Oreka TR allows clients to search, find and categorize recordings based on time or date of call, incoming phone number, outgoing phone number or other customer requirements. The VoIP Ready Oreka TR enhances the Oreka GPL recorder that runs on all computer operating systems and integrates with any phone system. Access to the calls is provided with standard browsers like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, without installing any additional software. Replay of calls works with a standard Media Player. Powerful and flexible search criteria allow for immediate and accurate retrieval of required calls.

The OrecX TR solution can be installed on Linux or Windows servers and requires a switch capable or spanning/mirroring the PBX and/or handset ports to capture the VoIP traffic. Please contact your VCOMM account manager for details of server specifications.

OrecX TR (Total Recorder)

Based on the Oreka GPL core recording technology, Oreka TR adds a poweful user interface, live monitoring capability, manual start and stop as well as better codec support. Oreka TR is Operating System and Database agnostic. Access to the recordings is web based and does not require installing any additional software. It features powerful and flexible search capabilities that allow for immediate and accurate retrieval of required recordings.
