Exit the M4 at junction 13 and follow the signs for Newbury on the A34. As you come into Newbury you will enter a roundabout called the 'Robin Hood'. Take the first exit off this roundabout onto the B4009 towards Shaw. After 500 yards, you will come to a mini roundabout. Take a right hand turn onto Kiln Road and follow this road for approximately half a mile. Here you will find another mini roundabout. Turn left and then immediately right into 'Castle Industrial Park'.

VCOMM Management Team

	Taffy Johal Sales Director Taffy Johal is Sales Director and co-founder of VCOMM After completing his degree, he joined the IT industry in 1988. Initially commencing his career within the channel in data communications. In 1996, moved into reseller sales roles, working predominately in the City with the financial services sector. Taffy has held general management and senior sales roles with Logitek Distribution, Allied Telesyn, Computacenter, Netsoft and Expand Networks.
	Philip Jackson Polycom Business Manager Philip emigrated from South Africa four years ago after spending many years in the IT and Telecoms channel in Johannesburg. After spending some time at VCOMM in sales and operations roles, Philip is now responsible for all aspects of our Polycom franchise including stock, vendor relations, channel development and marketing.
	Andy Glover Technical Manager Andy joins us after running his own IP voice and data networking business in the South West for many years. Andy is responsible for all things technical including (but not limited to...) technical support services, consultancy, installation, post sales maintenance and testing new technologies.
	Kristopher Januszajtis-Neale Gateway Business Manager Kristopher Januszajtis-Neale is VCOMM's Digium and Quintum Business Manager responsible for the smooth running of the Digium and Quintum franchises and the development of new business opportunities within our customer base. Kristopher has a long history of service in the IP Telephony marketplace having previously held positions at Timeless Network Systems, Truphone and CallUK/Gossiptel.
	Adrian Wood Polycom Internal Sales Adrian has joined the VCOMM sales team to focus on developing the Polycom partner base from an internal perspective. Working closely with Phil Jackson, our Polycom Business Manager, Adrian is responsible for ensuring our Polycom partners have what they need on a day to day basis.
	Michelle Bogusz Sales Order Processing & Logistics Michelle is responsible for many aspects of VCOMM's order processing, logistics, credit control and Sales Support. If you need product shipped, stock checked or orders cleared, Michelle is your woman !
	Robert Christian Technical Consultant Robert is the newest member of the VCOMM team. He has worked previously with Vodafone as a development team leader within their Group mobile applications team and is focusing on VCOMM's internal systems, provisioning platform and new product development.
